Peach
Began cultivating in 1962 and extended throughout Okcheon-eup. The shipping period is from end of June to beginning of September. The amount of production reaches 10 billion won yearly. The flesh of peach is mostly composed of sugars including glucose, fructose, and sugar.

The sour taste of peach is due to the organic acid. The malic acid and citric acid constitute 0.5 percent. In particular, the yellow peach holds a great amount of these acids, as much as 1.0 %-1.5%.
